This vegetarian curry dish is extremely flexible. Feel free to adapt it. For instance, I used vegetables that I had in my fridge: carrots, bell peppers, broccoli and onion. Or, if you don't like spicy food, leave out the serrano peppers.

This delicious, dairy-free, cherry-chocolate ice cream tastes like cherry sorbet and chocolate ice cream had a baby. It's sweet and creamy with chewy bits of cherry and a scrumptious soft-serve texture.
