Creamy Pumpkin Soup

You’ll love this warm and creamy dish, perfect for a late lunch before the next Sunday football game.
Ingredients
2 cups chicken broth
1 15-oz. can pumpkin
½ cup cream
½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Directions
- Combine broth, pumpkin, cream and pumpkin pie spice in a pan over low heat.
- Let simmer, whisking continuously, 5 minutes. Serve warm.
Pumpkin Smoothie
Serves 2
No matter the season, something cool and fresh is just a blender away.
Ingredients
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 cup pumpkin
1 banana, frozen
2 tablespoons honey
½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Directions
- Combine yogurt, pumpkin, frozen banana, honey and pumpkin pie spice in a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and serve cold.

¼ cup pumpkin
¼ cup pumpkin pie spice
