  • March 28, 2007 – University of Alberta It’s All About Fat Symposium, presenting “Tracking Nutrition Trends VI: Capturing Consumer Insights on Food, Nutrition & The Skinny on Fat” to 500 undergrad nutrition and medicine students
  • March 23, 2007 – Ontario Cheese Society Conference in conjunction with the Toronto Wine and Cheese Show presenting "What are consumers thinking? Capturing Consumer Insights on Food and Nutrition" to 150 food experts, policy makers, chefs
  • March 12, 2007 – Dietitians of Canada’s Regional Nutrition Month Cook It Up Healthy Event presenting “What’s Cooking on Canadian’s Knowledge, Attitude and Behavior on Food & Nutrition Trends” to 150 registered dietitians
  • March 8, 2007 – Organized and presenting web-cast Global View: Consumer Attitudes to Nutrition Information on Food Labels on “Tracking Nutrition Trends on Consumers’ Attitudes on Food Product Labels” to more than 500 industry, government and policy makers and professionals from around the globe
