Whether you’re cooking solo in your home kitchens, gathering friends for a dinner party, or leading a community cooking class or demo, anyone is welcome to participate. Follow the recipe precisely, or adapt it to accommodate food allergies, taste preferences or nutrient needs with ingredient substitutions or adjustments to cooking methods. If the modification doesn’t work out, no worries. As long as you submit details through our online form, it’s a Test Kitchen win!
Anyone can access the recipe and complete the form. Only Academy members or Food & Nutrition subscribers are eligible to win raffle prizes. The following individuals are not eligible: employees or spokespeople of the Academy; and employees of vendors of the Academy or its design, advertising or fulfillment agencies (collectively, “vendors”).
Eligible participants who complete Test Kitchen Feedback forms automatically will be entered to win the prize. Deadline to enter is April 7, 2017. Raffle drawing will occur on April 10, 2017 and the winner will be announced in the May/June 2017 issue of Food & Nutrition.
Test Kitchen participants are encouraged to share photos and test kitchen stories on social media using the hashtag #FNTestKitchen. Social media engagement bears no effect on raffle eligibility, and using the hashtag #contest is solely at the discretion of the individual.
